Vertikals is small and on purpose. The platform you sign in to is the same platform we use on our own pipeline. Every feature on this site got built through the same SDLC loop we sell.

Mission

Software delivery is being unbundled. The big-shop, hourly-billed outsourcing model is dead — it just hasn’t buried itself yet. AI-era delivery means smaller teams ship more code, charge for outcomes, and skip the layers of project management that used to pad invoices.

Vertikals is the operating system for that shift. A two-stage pipeline — pre-sale prototypes, contracted SDLC builds — that any franchisee can run on top of, with their own clients, their own relationships, their own brand. We do the engineering; they keep the relationship.

The pitch we keep coming back to: every outsourcing shop in the world is a candidate to disrupt themselves through Vertikals before they get disrupted. The ones that move first turn AI from a threat into a force-multiplier.
